About Us

Our Story

We make a difference in the mental health of your workforce.

Ambrosian was founded in 2016, by Reetu Gandhi, and Nilofar Sait. with an aim to offer companies an extensive range of mental health, wellness, counseling, and therapy services. Ambrosian has reimagined
the paradigm of workplace well-being today.

Our founders journey began with the aftermath of 26/11 at the Taj, Mumbai,. Being involved in an extensive relief and rehabilitation program to assist people in coping with that trauma, that experience laid the foundation for Ambrosian – mental wellness can always be nourished and revived, no matter the situation and emotional grit and resilience are non-negotiable skills that must be invested in at work and in life.

Our Ethos

We continue with the passion we began with. Our overarching objective is to cultivate an environment
where employees not only flourish but also unlock their true potential. We do this scientifically, with
rigor, through carefully professionals and deep expertise in nuanced yet targeted support.
You can discern our ethos from our name and logo.

‘Ambrosian’ originates in the word &’ambrosia’ which means heavenly food or nectar. It is said that Greek Gods consumed ambrosia for strength, longevity, vitality and immortality. ‘Ambrosian’ also comes from ‘ambrose’, associated with a patron saint St. Ambrose, one of the four traditional doctors of the 4 th
century renowned for his counselling skills.

Our logo represents the Tree of Life, a sacred symbol in most cultures. It grows from seed with branches spreading out, symbolizing the journey of personal growth, resilience, adaptability and wisdom through life experiences. We also see this tree as a connection between the abstract concept of mental wellness and its concrete manifestation as a happy work life.
You can trust Ambrosian to Infuse life and vitality® in workplaces through employee engagement and  complete well-being.
